Basically, this is a fool-proof method of filtering out scammers.

Basically the buyer sends the money to one of the admin.
    The admin wait.
The Seller sends admin UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS (Delivery Confirmation) tracking.
The admin sees this and they shipped product
The admin sends money buyer sent to him/her to Seller

    Scamming is nigh-impossible.

To sum it up, no one gets anything until admin gets proof of item shipment.

This however is only optional for an addition 5$ (Since PayPal takes out some money for fees) for parnoid people or people who aren't comfortable about paying large amounts of money (IE: More then 50$) here at GBAtemp ever sense the SwordMyth incident...

    Waddah think?

Sounds good but I think most the admins are strapped for free time so it might not be possible. What was the SwordMyth incident?

That'd take a lot of time and effort.

And you'd have to pay double shipping for each items, wish it were this safe though.

Just trade with well-respected, trustable members.

The admins don't want or need the legal responsibility. Think about it, what if the recipient of the goods or money claimed they never arrived? What if the admin sent it and it got lost in the post? It'd land on the innocent admin's head. Remeber these are just ordinary people running this place, they're not a large company with a coporate backing to help with claim cases.

You're right, the problem of reducing scammers still needs to be solved but this isn't the answer. Keep that thinking cap on though, next idea might be a winner [IMG]
