So, I'm pretty new at this 3DS homebrew stuff & I've got some questions. I stupidly updated to 10.2.0-28U without checking online first and I just wanted to see what my options were. Am I SOL until a new exploit for browserhax is discovered? Thanks!

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
