NEWS!
The "Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act" was introduced to the United States Senate on Monday. If passed Government Agencies would be allowed to go after Web sites that have "no demonstrable, commercially significant purpose or use other than copyright-infringing activities." What could this mean for sites such as GBATemp? Would Homebrew sites that support Scene dumps need to adjust their posting habits? State your opinions and join the debate by navigating to the on-going discussion, linked below.
Special thanks to Sanity for the news!
