Hardware New 3DSXL - How do you remove the wifi chip from the motherboard?

My New 3DSXL boots but goes to the error please try rebooting screen a couple seconds later. People have suggested reseating the wifi chip. I have taken the 3DS apart and see the atheros chip. How do I get this off the motherboard to reseat it?

you can use the solder ironingn but i recommends sending to the nitendos boys because have many experiences in seating the chipsets and cpus
