Hacking New 3DS XL w/ CFW (B9S/Luma 10.0.1) occasionally not waking from Sleep Mode after a while?

I have a New Nintendo 3DS XL with the latest updates of Luma, GodMode9, all the essentials. It works perfectly fine most of the time, and my only issue comes in when I close my lid and leave it alone for a while, maybe about an hour or more. Half of the time, it just won't wake from sleep mode (i.e. retain black screens after opening the system, and won't respond to any button presses.) I have to do a hard reset of the 3DS, holding down the power button for about 15 seconds, and turning it back on; this causes me to lose all progress in my game?

Does anyone know why this is? And what I can possibly do to fix it?

See if this happens when you use Luma3DS v9.1.
