Hardware New 3DS XL Top Screen Swap

Hello,
I have a Dual IPS Hyrule Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL and a Top TN and Bottom IPS Fire Emblem Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL. Is there anyone who is able to swap the Top Screen for me? What would be the turn around time, if you're able to do so? How much would it cost?
