It ships with 9.5, and all previous shipment are gone. Already updated to 9.7. I guess I will have to support nintendo for a while.
Can region four exploit go any further?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
