I just scored a deal on a US New 3DS XL with 9.0 FW. Got it for only $160 on craigslist. Very happy right now as wasn't expecting it to be under 9.2 as I wanted it as a updated system. But since its GW compatible I will leave it as is.

Would MH4 play on 9.0 FW? I am planning on getting the game at walmart and wanted to know before I buy it.
