Hardware New 3ds xl crashing when opening HBmenu.

The title says it all. I recieve an Arm11 whenever i try to open it. this just started happening.

Sure boot.3dsx is in root of SD card?

i had just gotten 10.1.2 and placed it in my sd

again. boot.3dsx. NOT the boot.firm. make sure BOTH are on there.
