My brother left his new 3ds (nonXL, stock firmware) in the car for a couple months and now only the blue power light is lit when pressing the power button. No sound is played and no light emits from either screen. Power cycling does nothing, and neither does going into recovery mode. It might be a sleep issue, but I think the console might still be operable. Opening it up, I saw no obvious signs of damage or misplaced ribbon cable. I have no idea how to go about troubleshooting from here, and I didn't find anyone online with the same exact problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Some websites have full studio rips of production kind of hard to find for obvious reasons+1

Not sure current audio codec based sound built in to motherboards can handle the bit depth those used
