I hope that it is not going to happen because the vibrating really annoying me since Game Cube and Wii. That's why I sometime had to turn them off, lol.

With how bad the 3DS cameras are, this could not possibly work well. It would be too inaccurate.
It's a nice concept though, but not a new idea. Similar methods have been employed in DIY touchscreens.

It's a interesting concept, the image pops out in 3D and when this new stylus "touches" the object, it will vibrate and you'll feel like really touching the object.

So it will be used to touch 3D objects?

And there's me thinking Nintendo finally got the fact that 'pop-out' 3D is sucky and gimmiky

Well, seeing as this stylus vibrates, it would obviously need an energy source.
Here's to hoping that every time you put your stylus back in its slot (and assuming your 3DS has > 50% OR is charging), the stylus begins to charge off the 3DS.
This would be a lot better than a stupid replaceable battery, or a charger of its own.

I find it VERY unlikely that they already announce a 3DS revision though. If anything, I'd expect them to announce it next year.
