Animal Crossing is excellent for all ages. Ocarina of Time 3D is only good if you haven't play the N64 version IMO. (Which was the case with me)

Haven't got Luigi's Mansion yet so no comment

Also take a look at Fire Emblem: Awakening

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. Resident Evil Revelations is also fantastic.

Ocarina of Time 3D is great and all but life's too short to play the same games again. Maybe if you have nothing better to play.

Lol honestly, get them all. They are all in the top 10 of 3DS games and are almost staples for any 3ds owner. But if you want to get them 1 by one, Get Zelda first. You've played it before so you will have an enjoyable time while swimming through a sea of nostalgic memories.. The other two are wildcards for you. Luigi's Mansion is a game that should be played in short bursts while Animal Crossing you have to commit to just like eating sleeping and taking a shit(But is easily the game that you will put the most hours into). Other Reccomendations are Monster Hunter 3.

New Leaf first, Zelda second, Fire Emblem Awakening third. Luigi's Mansion is sort of a hit and miss game, I played it for an hour several weeks ago and haven't picked it up since.

I'd probably roll with Fire Emblem Awakening over the three listed, but as per usual it just depends on what you want in a game. Animal Crossing: A New Leaf will without a doubt kill your time like no other if you get into it. Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon is very charming and good to play in short bursts and looks great in 3D, but doesn't have much staying power. Ocarina 3D is the best version of that game, but you've probably played various incarnations of it multiple times at this point. Fire Emblem offers a lot of gameplay, with a solid story(and lots of fun sidestories), and nice production values. Get them all at some point, but I think Fire Emblem tops the three here.

Scrap all 3...
Animal Crossing is a "no goal" game... kinda like minecraft... you build your house. buy shit to fill it and expand, rinse repeat...
Ocarina... was good 20yrs ago...
Luigi... repetitive...

Like RPGs, strategy... Get Fire Emblem... it'll keep you busy for a while
Like adventure... Resident Evil Revelation is awesome, great title, better than RE 5 & 6... even include a great online coop mode
want more brainless action: Code of Princess is an excellent Beat Them Up... +55 unlockable characters, online coop... fun game
diablo type: Heroes of Ruin is pretty decent... has online coop
Kid Icarus is also great with quirky humor...
right now I'm sticking with Project X Zone... I love STR RPGs... this one is great...
if you can wait a few days: Shin Megami Tensei 4 is coming out... looks awesome... has insane reviews so far... got my preorder waiting...

One of the sites that weren't blocked on the school's network was some file uploading sites. I would upload some games, write down the URL and take it to school one day.

It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
