Hacking New 3DS JP questions for those who have one

Hey guys! So I bought a New 3DS black (non XL) from Japan for Christmas and it came with 8.1 which was all good, unfortunately last week one of my brothers friends updated it so I can no longer use it for gateway. I am planning on ordering another one but I am worried with the version it might come with.

So the question is, for those who have imported one what are the first 6 characters on the serial code? I know these is a database base but its mainly for New 3DS LL

If you want to be 100% sure then I suggest getting a Smash Bros Edition since those come with 8.1 they are about 188 on nippon yassan so even cheaper than us version.

I have - new 3ds LL monster hunter - QJF 1004, it was under 9.2(I don't remember which version exactly).

I think you can get the black new 3ds on Amazon. The price is not bad and it has prime shipping and free returns.
