Hacking New 3DS emunand 9.5 latest firmware supported?

Hi,

can we update to the latest firmware 9.5 on New 3DS emunand?

GW news from February said

We will not be able to support emunand 9.5 or higher for a while on the New 3DS.

but latest GW news from today said

We also noticed the multirom menu is not working properly on New 3DS 8.1.0J, and community members confirmed
so far that updating EmuNAND to latest firmware fixes this issue as a temporary workaround.

So is it safe to update now?

Yes it's safe to update, this has been working since the first beta that worked with NN3DS

I think I remember someone said it won't work because of new keys since 9.5, so they found them? Or wasn't it that big a problem after all?

Doesn't seem to have been a problem after all. Afaik, no-one has had a single issue updating to 9.5 emunand (with the exception of the visual bug, which has now also been fixed in 3.1.1)
