You have to repeat the whole Frogminer process for the other 3DS and install any CIAs again. The folder
SD:/Nintendo 3DS/<32 hex-chars long ID0>
is tied to a special unit. Any other 3DS will ignore it and create a new folder inside “Nintendo 3DS”

Also a friend has asked about modding psp. Any help? Or where I need to ask about it.
