I didn't. Someone earlier said that hardmod is an option so I've went with this option
No. You explicitly asked about hardmod and have mentioned micro-soldering in the first post. I always answer questions to my best of my knowledge:
  • Hardmod method exists
  • I don't know if the "know plaintext attack" works in this case
  • Ntrboot is known to work in such cases.
Soldering is risky – even if you are used to do such things; ntrboot does have no risks I know about.

But obviously it's your decision. Please tell us the result. Good luck!

Thanks :D Soldering - the hard part is already done and if this method won't work I will either just sell it with profit or buy one with broken screen and just swap motherboards

Out of curiosity, why do you need it to dump your Wii U NAND?
2-3 years ago there was a project that would allow dumping Wii U NAND, then on PC inject files, flash it back and you've got a modded console but it wasn't ever released. I know that there are software methods to dump Wii U NAND but let's say that you don't have a gamepad. They are really expensive in some countries. I've figured out a way to run Wii U apps without the need of gamepad so I want to experiment a bit to create a way to flash CFW for Wii Us without a gamepad.

Maybe but:
1) I don't have nothing to loose
2) Soldering everything up wasn't a problem
1. Yes you do, you can lose a perfectly good working console.
2. That's all well and good but you've reduced the value to sell it (if there's any signs of your work), and a hardmod may not be able to revive it anyway.

You've basically chosen to hitchhike instead of driving yourself in a car.
