BAttle Chips play a greater role here...

MooCowo you mean program deck? Well, You can put the battle chips into the program deck. The chips you put inside will be used in the battles. In the battles, the computer will automatically choose the chips for you to damage the opponent.

I stuck in the tournament for 16 navis (the park image) when I challenged Roll. It's more difficult than MMBN although we can choose the player. (i chose Protoman)

Oh, yeah. I know what you mean. You mean the Rockman.Exe chip which has 0 HP, 0 AP, and O MB right? It has the question mark at the middle of it, right. I also got it. I think you can press select and you get 8 digit number, which supposedly works for a chip trader that will be in MMBN4.
