How about all the other roms which come under all european languages? They arn't too big either. I can understand what you're saying as this is a kind of rpg and would have tons of writing but I don't think it would be that big unless you know why. It would make life easier for everyone. Like a patch for the clock would work for all versions.

I think it's beacuse it's not text, it's actually pictures that look like text, therefore if it had every language it would be one mother of a ROM
