Wow looks awesome how does it play?

no way... winning eleven still rules!
I really like the commentry at the start of the matches nice game
I cant get it to run on my F2A 256 It crashes to a white screen on load
Anybody get this to run?
if you are on pogoshell try to make the rom start with reset : L+A
i got 187 - International Superstar Soccer (E).
and honestly, it owns. i wonder why they released this game under the same name.
i hope this one is as good.
Thanks Kivan works great using that method
I think (I haven't downloaded it yet) .. think it's meant to be (Lightforce) not (Lightforge) .. unless it's a new group :-)
Yes, a pointless observation, no comments please :-)
Just a quick note to say there is another version of this release floating around... 0856_-_International_Superstar_Soccer_Advance_(E)(Mode_7).zip
Any differences in the two releases?
It's a shame Konami released this and not Winning Eleven which is miles Better
Both the (Lightforce) and (Mode7) releases have the same CRC32 of 7EB2F6D6.
I downloaded both, though which will be listed by PH (www.pocketheaven.com) I don't know as yet.
this game is not good
screen menu are superb but the gameplay is bad
you can compare this game with fifa2003
WE >>> Fifa = ISS
It is a pity Winning Eleven wasn't released but Konami have two teams making football games and this is the Major A offering. This game is MUCH MUCH better than FIFA, but falls short of Winning Eleven. ISS was always supposed to be more arcade like than Winning Eleven and in that they've succeeded but any football fan craves realism, and while this is good Winning Eleven is just sublime.
But one thing this game does have in it's favour is that all the areas where Winning Eleven falls short, this game shines. Presentation, management and tactics are all fully present in this game, and you can even change tactics mid game. It plays like the N64 versions of ISS, and was made by the same team so these guys know their stuff.
I've also created my first ever patch This patch will rename the England team and a few other players to their proper names. I just need a way to upload it somewhere if anybody's interested. Special thanks to the guys doing the cybercomics at www.thebornimage.com for helping me identify the players and their names.
is it easy to change the name with a patch?
i'd like to change all the jap name in WE
you can upload in my site....
but we need a patch to change the name?we can't do it manualy?
don't figured the controls yet....
I can do that but it'd take me a good day to do, which I don't have
the problem comes with the japanese characters taking up over 50 characters! Very possible to do but time consuming...
upload it plz!
how big is the size?
you can upload in the rom request forum
