Is it supposed to be created when you select 'Save nesDS.ini'? It's not creating the file. I made a blank nesDS.ini in the same folder as nesDS.nds is, (/Games, for me), still no joy.

weird, it wasnt in the 1.3a download from sourceforge or filetrip.
