Homebrew NesDS and M3....what folder can I put my roms in?

Okay so normally I run the builder NesDS.exe and add my roms to create one file and having been using this method on my G6 with no problems. However I now have an extra micro SD card so want to start playing NES games on my M3 and am under the impression I can use folders to store my games rather than injecting them. Is this true and if so what do I name the folder to store my roms in?

You can put them where ever you like. Mine are in a folder called "--NES--" so it appears above the system dirs.

I've never been able to successfully do it with my M3 SD. :/
