Hacking NES Patcher????

I want to know if there is a patcher that works for the NES wads. The only game I cannot find to put on my NTSC-U is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The only one I have is the PAL version and I've tried it with freethewads and it doesn't work.

thanks...but I've tried freethewads and patched TMNT and Double Dragon PAL and the channels are on the WII but when press start all I get is a black screen and my wiimote dies.
