Homebrew neogeo and Capcom arcade games emulation New N3DS XL

Hi,

I love arcade games especially mvs neogeo and capcom CPS1 and CPS2 games.

Are these boards emulated at full flawless 60fps speed with sound on a new N3DS? If they are what is/are the emulators to use.

I will be getting a new N3DS XL (Jap version) soon and for emulation, capcom (CPS1, CPS2) and neogeo (mvs) games are top of my list to play.

i mean. whats flawless?
retroarch has a core for both cps1 and cps2 and the games i played with it run full speed, but the buttons aren't really made for the beat em ups in my opinion.

never tried the neogeo core though, not sure about performance

Neo Geo core runs perfectly even at 150% CPU speed on N3DS.

Its odd how it runs so solid compared to the SNES and Genesis retroarch options.
