Hacking NeoGamma Read Error 1167

Hey, I've decided to try loading backups on my Wii, and am testing with a 4x-burned multi-game GC ISO. However, I can't seem to get it to run in either GC Backup Launcher (Error 0x3023a00) or NeoGamma r8 (Error 1167). I'm using Memorex DVD-Rs and can not afford to get another kind of DVD-Rs at this time, so if it's possible to run using Memorex, please help me.
