Hacking Neogamma DVD+R/bad burn/DL problem and Drive Too New For DVD-R

Hello, I've just softmodded my wii yesterday. My wii is RVL-001 PAL and bought in 2010 summer. Only thing I want to do is installing VC and WW wads and playing burned dvd's on my wii. I installed cIOS slot 249 and slot 250 to install wads. I haven't had problem there but I cant play burned dvd's.

I burned a HP DVD-R on ImgBurn to try Mario Party 9.iso and i got "DVD+R/bad burn/DL problem" and "Drive Too New For DVD-R" at the same time. I didn't changed any settings and what should i do now?

Note: I am using Neogamma R9 beta56 without wad from my sd and I followed the instructions with copying the "/Neogamma/ gameconfig.txt .wip .wdm" to my root of my sd card. If somebody share Autoboot channel that would be nice.
Note 2: ImgBurn reported that my DVD-R is supported with x4 and x8 speeds. But I selected x1.
Note 3: Could you please tell me clearly I am quite fresh here.

This is (unfortuntely) your Answer to your burned Games Question.
Your Drive CAN NOT read DVD-R´s.

You maybe can try a DVD+R too but I do not think that changes something.I am sorry.
