Hacking NeoGamma and Gamecube backups

I have a few Mulitgame Gamecube DVD's. I launch them using Neo gamma. In order for the video to show correctly i have to go into options, Then GC options, and where it says Force Video i have to set it from Disc to Wii. I have to do this everytime I put a new disc in for my gamecube backups. Is there a setting somewhere or a file I can modify that will automatically set that instead of having to do it all the time everytime

You are useing an SD Card and saving before you start the game?

Go to options - global options, set storage device to SD using cIOS and enable save config. Then start the game, the setting should be saved.
