I have an NTSC Wii and I've loaded a NTSC wii game iso burned to a dvd with Neo Gamma just fine but...
I'm using Neo Gamma to load a PAL version of Pikmin 2 Wii (New play control) iso burned to a dvd, but when I load the game it is in black and white, and the video is going in a loop from top to bottom over and over again really fast, making it quite hard to play the game or even see anything.

How do I get the game to load properly?

    Thanks.

You may try to use this modified + autoboot version of NeoGamma ....

I tried loading the game from there, it automatically launches the game and with no video at all, so it was slightly worse.

Anyone else have any other suggestions?

Well I don't have a green screen problem, I can see video its just really screwy and black and white.

According to that thread Pikmin 2 doesn't have NTSC video code, but if I can see the opening screen, doesn't that prove it wrong?

Is the opening screen in colours? Because tried a game myself that didn't have it supported too once and did load, was just in all black and white.

Are you serious? A link to a NeoGamma version from 2009 is better than a NeoGamma version from a sticky thread in 2012?
