The NeoFlash team have released an updated version of their Backup Master Tool.
This software goes hand-in-hand with the Neo SMS2 USB device which can be used for backing up DS roms and the save games held within. This latest version of the tool adds support for extracting and importing save games into 3DS carts which is not really much of an achievement at this stage due to the fact that we can already do this with Crediar's tool.
The screenshot and name of the tool can be very misleading (as with most things Neo related in all honesty) and could leave you thinking that this tool can dump 3DS roms. There is no confirmation at this time that this tool can, or ever will be able to, dump 3DS carts.
[User Posted Image]The Neo Team plan to release a version of this tool for the SMS4 USB device which would make the read speeds faster and would arguably be ideal for dumping the 3DS carts. Again I must state that at this moment in time there is not even any evidence that the NeoFlash Team even have the knowledge on how to dump 3DS carts so hang fire before you all get too excited.
Most people may not know or remember that the NeoTeam were at the forefront of the DS scene with the release of the original GST (GoldenSunTeam) roms. It was suggested that DarkFader was really the one pulling the strings on that though so this could mean nothing.
If nothing else, this tool should be a good conversation starter.

@K3Nv2 I did that using Citra for 3DS games. Bottom screen was my smartphone. Until I got the touch screen.
