You're making a theme but you don't know how to resize a PNG file? Sounds fishy to me.

Resize it how, in terms of size as in MB or size as in 200x200 into 64x64?

Nvm just re-read it, do you want to make it bigger or smaller?

Yeah, really weird, almost every graphical editing software can do it.

    It's pretty simple.

You could use any graphics editing programs:

    1. GIMP
    2. Photoshop
    3. Paint.NET
    4. Microsoft Paint
    5. Google "Graphics Editing Software"

Honestly, if you don't know how to resize a picture, I would suggest forgetting all about Photoshop and GIMP and go for Paint.NET.

If you don't know how to use Paint.NET, welp.

GIMP is an image editing program (stands for GNU Image Manipulation Program). It's similar to Photoshop in functionality (hopefully a bit lower considering Photoshop costs $600 or something ridiculous like that), but it's a bit less usable IMO. It's less simple to use than Paint.NET, but can do more.

Although, Paint.NET does become very effective when you've download a variety of plugins (there's hundreds).
