Need to replace slim 360 disc drive question

If I buy the same model lite on can I switch the firmware board onto the new disc drive so the keys match and work in my rgh also I don’t plan on flashing disc drive either.

Apparently my disc drive needs to be soldered to put new drive in and I would like the drive flashed with cfw if anyone could help I will provide the drives and shipping both ways if anyone can do this please let me know thanks in advance. It’s a lite on for a slim trinity rgh
