Hardware need to know what port is in this ps4 blu ray drive it is a blue bit what is it called

hi everyone right can i ask a question i was thinking about buying a ps4 blu ray drive but i need to know what is the blue bit in the picture it it a port or something going in to the motherboard of the ps4 i am not sure really what it is but is it a sata 2 port so can anyone tell me what is the blue bit is it a port

"Blue bit" I think is a sticker on a flat ribbon cable.
