Hacking need some help with certain games working on vertain wii's

I have 2 Nitnendo Wii's.

1 is modchipped and is on 4.2 firmware and the other is a softmod and is also on 4.2 firmware.

Problem I have is that certain games on the softmod wii do not work. Games like Call Of Duty Modern Warfare and Wii Fit Plus refuse to work.

Does anyone know how i can sort this problem out ?

Do i need to install something onto the Wii for it to work ?
