Hacking Need Some Help Running Shaun White On Tour

I am pretty new to this and have managed to get backups to run on my Wii using the twighlight hack. I cant seem to get Shaun White On Tour to work, I am getting that the disc cannot be read, I have downgraded to 3.2 and installed CIOS rev7 but still nothing can someone point me in the right direction as I have tried numerous different things following different guides and nothing seems to work.


Also is there a way to restore the Wii back to standard and start over a fresh?

Well, it runs fine on my wii, but I patched it to IOS249 maybe try that ?

Yup, same thing for me just with CoD5..
However SWSB works fine for me..

you don't need DVDx.
Just install Backup Launcher 0.3 Gamma and the CIOS which comes with it.
Now, all you have to do is to burn your game on a good DVD.
Make sure you burn it on a DVD-R, not a DVD+R
I always use Sony DVD-R (the colored one), and burn it with ImgBurn with speed 2,4x. I never experienced any problem, and my copy of Shaun White works perfectly. Make sure you have a good backup also...

My version is the same as yours, so it works.

About the back to standard thing, you have to use "anytitle deleter", but it seems to be very dangerous, as you can delete some IOS that shouldn't be deleted.

By the way, most of the modifications come with uninstall instructions. I think it is the case for DVDx.

but still nothing, when I go into the Loader it shows that I have IOS 249 but still doesnt work, any further clues?

Does any other games work ? What's the brand of your DVD-R ?

im using DVD_R burning at 2.4x wiv imgburn, some games work but some dont..
however they load up and freeze saying error ..disc cant bre read.
the same games with the same torrent file wit hthe same disc works on my friends wii

I guess it depends on the various revision on the wii.
Mine is quite recent (the wiimotes are detected immediatly - don't need the 1+2 procedure, I can start it with whatever remote, etc...)

they are unbranded discs but work with other games no problems, I just cant seem to get this to work, I have just tried a different method which just seemed to install loads of different loader channels I have the IOS249 installed, checked its there using any title deleter, I just cant seem to get this one to work. Would it help if I updated to 3.4?

YOU DONT NEED IT just a 1:1 copy works burn at a higher/lower speed or buy better dvd's

That's wrong. I play with a 1:1 copy without any problem.
