the four gold squares on the left side of the back mean they are %100 for sure real.
they can be easily seen on both the green and red games.
sapphire is real too pins are showing on back the front label is indented and the E is the right size.

so far the sapphire cart color seems way too light
I got mine from a retail store when it out, and its fairly dark in comparison
its a very dark blue/purpleish
the sticker also seems poor quality

the others look the exact same as mine

Thanks for all your feedback, I think I will be purchasing the Leaf Green and Fire red.

I'm a little skeptical of sapphire, the sticker doesn't seem very metallic, any inputs on that?

it is definitely real, i have about 20 real and 30 fake pokemon sapphires in my room right here from various ebay auctions over the years.
it is metallic the shinyness fades especially in the dull blue color, in fakes usually the E is smaller and at the wrong angle. and fake ones you can't see the contacts from the back side. also the number 2 indented above the nintendo seal to the right of the copyright circle r thing.

are you using haxchi, tiramisu or aroma?
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
no, I'm asking which one of them you are using
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    so like it doesnt exist
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
    ?
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
it doesn't exist, at least not for aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    ohhhhh
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
on tiramisu you can access it by opening mii maker
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    okay
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
but homebrew is appearing in the home menu btw
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    yes, now I remember it
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
then it is working, I also don't like that they did this but it is the only option you have if you are using aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
i just didint know the homebrew launcher didint exist in aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
