Hacking Need some help and suggestions about my wii, Cant seem to load backup

Hello im preety sure I have hacked my wii. I used this tuturial on youtube.(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vh-kzk7JaKQ) Im preety sure I have installed everything correctly but i cant load up any back up games. Do i have to have a different IOS or COIS to play back-up games. Im preety sure all we did on that tuturial was use IOS 35 downgrader and installed back up launcher witch doesnt seem to work. and the homebrew channel.

1. homebrew channel works
2. DVDX works I can play dvd's

any suggestions.
should i start over? is it possible?
Is my wii even hacked? in the system information it says 4.0U
Is there a special IOS that you have to use to play back-ups?

does his instalation look complete or is he missing crucial stuff. Did i just install stuff wrong?

If ur on 4.0 and u downgraded your ios 35 you shld be able to install a cios which u need to play backups. Get cios rev10 or 12 google it. Do network install when it ask. Don't use backup launcher use neogamma
