Hacking Need some advices on system format with luma arm9lh

For some reason my TWL is bricked even a clean twln injection still throws an error so I plan on doing a full system restore
I've backed up ctrnand and sysnand, just in case but is there anything else I need to do I may have over looked

Do you mean restore it to stock or reformat it with the system settings? I don't think reformatting with the system setting will actually fix this.

Yes system settings I was told to go nuclear and see if it would fix the issue I removed the sd card before hand also will restoring ctrnand give me back my NNID?

System reformat doesn't fix the issue. It literally just reformat the system in the same way deleting a file removes it from your PC. It won't re-apply broken patches.

It just fixed it for me and yes I used those CIA multiple times even when I got a clean twln dump, a system settings format just fixed my bricked DS/DSI mode just now @Apache Thunder

Well, it appears my information is no longer up to date. I will see to it to not make that mistake again. Glad it fixed it for you

Cheers buddy yeah Apache said it was the only way to completely format TWL last week to me something about broken things

I think I am mixing this problem up with the old TWL patches.
I will take note of this issue for future reference.
