I have this R4i gold 3ds plus card that has the "D" and "N" switch on the inside of the cart. I cant link it since im a noob but i got it from the nds-card.co website. I have it switched to "D" since all in want to do is play roms on it. My new 3ds XL already has the latest CFW files on it. I have tried a multitude of different kernals that were on that website as well as kernals that were on other websites. What happens is that my 3ds registers the card when i insert it, but when i click on the card, i get a black screen for a second, then a white screen for a second, then a black screen for ever. Even without the micro sd card, i get the same whitescreen then black screen. I have tried different sd cards, all have been formatted to what the 3ds reads, which is fat32 in 32kb clusters. Anyone have any suggestions? am i doing something wrong?

Google WOOD R4 V1.64.
Work for me. Set it too D. Put WoodR4 on sd card. you can make a folder if you want. Name it Games Or Ds Roms if you like. Put the Nds roms in the folder.
Put the Sd card in the R4i gold card. Play.
I am on 11.6.0-39E.

You might need to rename your .DAT file from which it boots to 'iLL.iL'. My fake card is like that.
He got the same card I have got R4i Gold 3DS Plus. WoodR4 1.64 is the set up if he wants too play ds games.

It worked, I put 3 different kernals on the sd card and I guess the wood 1.64 is working, thank you!
Take the other 2 different kernals delete them. Just leave Wood 1.64. Thats it.
