I've got one of those. Pretty sure it was plug and play on Windows 7 x64.

"Plug and play" means you won't need to install any drivers.

Wow. I've gotta say, I've not heard that question for at least 10 years.

Plug and play means you plug it in, Windows loads up standard drivers for it, and it just works. That's all I did for Skype, which is all I used it for. Mine also has a built in mic, however lack if shielding in the wires and around the mic itself means that the audio quality sucks.

There is a website for it with drivers (forgot if it was XP or Vista drivers), but I've yet to find it on a quick google search.

You're gonna want some Infra-Red LEDs or something, cameras can't just see without light.

    EDIT: Wait... why? :creep: ?
EDIT2: Oh OK not night vision really... It's a torch mounted on a camera.

The 6 LEDs are simple lights. Use the dial on the cord to turn them on. It gives your face light when the room is dark. That's about it.

For that price, you're not getting real night vision.

When you use night vision at dark, you can see orb float around in random time.

Edit - I press the dial but it not turn on the led light.

It's about as believable as My Little Ponies.

EDIT: Ok, the dial on my webcam kinda clicks from the off position, then you just slide up and it increases in brightness... Slightly. Like the volume dial on my speakers.

Incase you didn't see my earlier edit, the dial should work just like a volume dial. Slide it to click it on, then slide further to increase intensity.

At least, that's how mine works.
