My WRT54G with DD-WRT can't reach all the way over here reliably without a power boost.
So I bumped it up to 70mW from 28mW, "Higher power settings are not recommended for users due to excess heat generated by the radio chipset, which can affect the life of the router."
YaY! 54Mbps!

Oh sweet we can do that? My router is in a cement room, and I've been having bad network speeds. I'm gonna try that out tomorrow! (if I remember)

I have a WRT54G-S or something like that. I'll look into it tomorrow. I like hacking things to make them better, anyways. Seems like it could be fun
