My WRT54G with DD-WRT can't reach all the way over here reliably without a power boost.
So I bumped it up to 70mW from 28mW, "Higher power settings are not recommended for users due to excess heat generated by the radio chipset, which can affect the life of the router."
    YaY! 54Mbps!
    Post your network speed.

Oh sweet we can do that? My router is in a cement room, and I've been having bad network speeds. I'm gonna try that out tomorrow! (if I remember)

I flashed my WRT54G with DD-WRT firmware, so I can do that.
    Don't know about yours.

I have a WRT54G-S or something like that. I'll look into it tomorrow. I like hacking things to make them better, anyways. Seems like it could be fun
