Basically, I need to have two WBFS of the same game that launch completely different save data depending on which one I choose in USB Loader GX. I also need the clone to remain compatible with the Wiimfi server. To understand the purpose of this and what I've tried already, please read this post I made on r/WiiHacks and my exchange with u/Leseratte10 in the comments.
I also found this official guide for Wiimms ISO Tools, but anything I've tried from it hasn't been effective so far (it's possible I've misunderstood things in the guide). I'd appreciate it if anyone could point me to a tutorial (haven't been able to find any myself) or provide some insight from personal experience.
