I have a wiikey 1,9 with the super mario galaxy update I think it's called 1.9g. And a pal wii. with 3.3e update. I want to play difrent region games without bricking my wii. I want to get myself this 2 games cause i can't get them in pal. Oneechanbara Revolution jap and Heavenly Guardian Usa. what do i have to do so i can play them. I already have the homebrew chanel. If this helps.

The best method as far as I can tell is to use WUM (Wii Update Manager) to Brick Block the .ISO. It can also be used to inject a different region update in the ISO.
You can read how to use it in the author's website.

Even if your console has the latest firmware installed, you could end up with double/triple news and weather channels if you don't brick block them.

An alternative method is to launch those games using Region Free from the Homebrew channel, wich doesn't execute the update portion.

I don't think HBC apps work with 3.3e because I have 3.3e and after installing and re-installing the HBC, it still didn't work.

The Homebrew Channel works fine with 3.3E, are you using the latest version (beta 8)?

Use Brick Blocker and Region Frii. Just Google them both, download them and it's pretty straightforward.

Boot through GeckoOS (via HBC) and it skips any system update and lets you play any region on your pal machine. (You dont need to use update manager etc anymore)

Gecko OS is an app for the HBC. You can download it in the app package off the Homebrew Channel. Just put the apps folder into the root of your SD card and make sure Gecko OS is inside the apps folder and it should appear (along with any other channels you put into the apps folder) when you start up the HBC. After that, just boot it and swap out to the disc from the other region and go.

No you keep the non-pal disk in the wii, then boot the HBC, the select GeckoOS (google it). GeckoOS will have an option to boot the game disk, when it does it will skip past system updates and region issues and jump straight into the game for you.

Is that a help? Shout if you are having problems, there are plenty of people here who will help out.
