Hacking Need help with Wii Shop Channel without 4.2 update

Is there any way I can get on the Wii Shop Channel without the latest firmware? I have 4.0U right now. I tried WiiSCU and Marc's 4.2 Shop Channel Updater, but neither of them worked. All I want to do is redeem my download code for Doc Louis's Punch-Out. Thanks!

I used NUSD_v13Beta and it worked just fine. There's been a few post regarding this, just have a search.

*edit - im on 4.2 so not sure if nusd will work for you.
