Hacking Need Help with Tongari Boushi 3DS

Okay im back, and this time i require two things from people if their willing!
I need someone who can dig into the code.bin/NPC Data file and see how to change the lengths of the text boxes, Text lengths in general and how to change the length of the NPC names as they are limited to only 9 characters and as i know from translating them there are some who's english counterparts are really long, a lot longer than 9 characters.

The other thing i need is someone with the know how to make a save editor, cause i need to have some things in the menus unlocked for me so i can view how their layout is so i can translate them. Currently i'm working in Switch Toolbox for the layout files and sometimes they are different with no showing of the background on how their layout works. I also need everything unlocked for me to use so i can check the name lengths and fix them accordingly. The picture below shows an X at the end of one of the flower names showing that its to long to fit even though its the correct name.

As you can see here im having major issues with line size and with the text actually showing up all the way like for instance the word "Rich" its always missing the h for some reason and im hoping its because of the length issues.
