Homebrew Need help with installing OoT3Dhax with powersave on old 3DSXL 11.0.0-33U

I've been trying to figure out how to install. I've tried everything but it doesn't work.
Can anyone help?

Use the 11.0 raw savedata images to flash to the oot 3d cartrige the one(POST5_U_25600_usa_9221.bin) at save images (powersaves)-the id of your cartrige-usa-POST5_U_25600_usa_9221.bin

Mine is LNA-CTR-AQEE should I pick 45fe009000000000 or c2fe009000000000?

I'm getting pretty desperate here for help trying to figure out what I should do

Follow the directions, if you are having difficulty understanding what the directions mean then you can just ask. The directions are there to instruct people like you who need help cause they dunno what to do.
