Hacking need help with downgrade jap n3ds from 9.8 to 9.1

I must apologize for my poor language skills at first, I am not a native English speaker.
so i successful downgrade my jap n3ds from 9.8 to 9.1.but a big problem now ........
i can't boot to :

1.any cfw
2.Gateway Menu
3.EmuNAND9 app
4.sysUpdater app

can anyone help me.......thanks.
