Hacking need help with cheats on r4

hey, i dont know if this is in the right section, so please feel free to out it where it belongs.
i have a question, im playing pokemon platinum europe on my r4.
i have added cheats trough action replay. now i want to encounter some pokemon, however the cheat list only goes as far as hitmontop, while when i lookin the action replay file it goes all they way to arceus.
any idea on how to fix this? since i want to have larvitar, but i cant get there

It's probably an issue with the R4's inability to completely read large Cheat files.
Use YSMenu and DSTT 1.17a12
