Gaming Need Help with Cheats on Devil Survivor on the R4

I downloaded the 09_01_09_CHEAT.DAT.zip and placed it in my micro SD card. However, only some of my games have cheats while others don't, my Devil Survivor is included.

I played the game on my brother's Acekard 2 before and cleared the game about 3 times. It turns out that I can't use my SAV data from the AceKard 2 on my R4, so that means I have to start over from everything.

How do I use cheats for Devil Survivor on the R4?

save wise from r4 to ak2 should be compatible
make sure the sav name is the same as game name

if your ak2 sav is in such format .nds.sav
just your ak2 save format is .nds.sav
then just rename it to .sav

make sure both game and save is in the same folder
