Need help naming a TV show

So, i remember this TV show i think was on Nickelodean, might notta been, and it mighta just been a sketch in a show of lots of sketch

But basically, its this green plasterscene/playdough monster that lives in a toilet
He had a female companion i think he was a light blue/pink colour

And there was like a bar under a bed with lots of weird creatures

Uggg, this is bugging the fuck outta me!!

I'm pretty sure the show you're talking about is "Bump in the Night". He had some kind of karaoke corner sketch too. It was played a lot on Nick UK during the late 90s.
