Need help modding a 3ds with broken home button

(This is my first post on here so apologies if I posted this in the wrong place or something like that lol) So I was wondering if its possible to mod a 3ds with a broken home button?? I don't know if its possible because of gm9 needing the home button to run scripts. I've done alot of research on this and i cant find anything that'd help with this problem so im just writing here as a last resort. If anybody has a guide that'd help me, or knows how to get around this problem please share it with me. Thanks for your time!

You can remove bottom plate and connect 2 right side contacts of home button connector with screwdriver and home will be activated.

Navigate to the script with GodMode9 – probably this:
SD:/gm9/scripts/finalize.gm9
Press (A) while the file is highlighted and you will get the option to execute the script.
